Services Provided

Community Support Associate

A CSA is a human services professional who helps individuals with disabilities, mental health challenges or co-occuring disorders live independently in their communities. They provide direct coaching, emotional support, and help clients access essential resources like housing, transportation and healthcare.

Applied Behavior Analysis

ABA Therapy is an evidence based treatment that applies the scientific principles of learning to modify behaviors. It is most widely used to help individuals- especially children- with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental delays build communication, social and daily living skills while reducing harmful or disruptive behaviors.

Counseling

Counseling is a collaborative, professional relationship between a trained therapist and a client. It empowers individuals to overcome mental health challenges, adjust to major life transitions, manage emotional distress, and achieve personal or career goals through evidence-based therapies.

Targeted Case Management

Targeted Case Management is a Medicaid-funded service that connects vulnerable populations with vital medical, social, educational and vocational resources. Case Managers advocate for clients, develop personalized care plans, and help coordinate care to promote independence and prevent individuals from falling through the cracks.

Autism Spectrum Disorder Testing

ADOS (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule) is a standardized, activity based assessment considered the “gold” standard for evaluating and diagnosing Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). It involves structured play, conversation, and tasks designed to observe social interaction, communication, play skills and repetitive behaviors.
